For nearly 40 years, our adventurers, photographers, writers and filmmakers have travelled Australia, documenting the stories of our country. Australian Geographic Travel grew from that work and takes you to these places with the people who know them best as your guides.
Our trips take you to remote World Heritage areas and private land not open to the public, with wildlife encounters and birdwatching built into the itinerary rather than added as an afterthought. You'll also spend real time with First Nations communities learning about their culture and connection to Country.

We're profit for purpose. Through our partnership with Australian Geographic, over half our profits go directly to the Australian Geographic Society's conservation work – so your trip funds the places you're visiting.

For 40 years, Australian Geographic has told the stories of Australia’s nature, culture, people and places – through our magazine and online. We remain independent, trusted, and Australian-owned.
Through the Australian Geographic Society, we fund conservation work with a direct, measurable outcome, from a living coral biobank on the Great Barrier Reef to marine debris clean-up programs to species-specific campaigns that have supported bilbies, numbats and Gouldian finches. In 2025 alone, the Society disbursed over $345,100 directly to conservation.
